Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 7 amβ10 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (646) 328-0115. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, qahwahtimeeny.com.
Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 430 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded coffee shops in Brooklyn.
Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Brooklyn follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We were nearby and decided to stop in. We ordered their signature Mofawar. It was not as strong as some of the other ones I have had before, but honestly, the flavor was just right for me. The place is really nicely decorated and has a great atmosphere. The only thing I noticed was that the coffee was not super hot, so it did not feel freshly made. I thought this type of coffee was usually brewed fresh, but maybe that is just how they serve it here. Overall, I still really liked it and would come back again.

I stop by whenever I have some free time near my workplace. Everything is delicious, but the Yemeni tea is especially my favorite. The staff is wonderful and always provides such thoughtful and attentive service

The presentation felt authentic and thoughtful, paired with a small sweet touch that balances the bitterness perfectly. The space itself has a warm, inviting energy β simple, but with character. Itβs not just coffee here, itβs a cultural moment. Highly recommend for anyone who wants something different from the usual NYC coffee routine.

It was my first time visiting Qahwah with my friends, and I really enjoyed it! I had the mango refresher (I donβt drink tea or coffee), so I loved that they offer options like that. They also have a great variety of pastries. My friend and I had such a nice time just sitting, chatting, and enjoying our drinks,no one rushed us, which made it even better. We were also given a complimentary dessert, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. The only thing I noticed is that I couldnβt find your Instagram or tag your location on Instagram. It would be really great to have that available so people can share and tag you!

Wow, I absolutely love this place. So far I have tried the traditional Adeni coffee and pastry Zaatar cream cheese. Sooo delicious, and beautiful too. A little cream cheese inside fluffy balls that make up a slice of this Zaatar, golden brown and crispy on the outside, drizzled with honey, and toasted sesame to give a sweet and savory flavor at the same time. I had a little piece of something that looked like baklava, a pastry with honey and nuts, I may have a bigger piece next time! The Adeni is similar to chai and you can have it as a tea or a coffee, love it! The place is spacious and the music is great too! Soft sounds of the Oud fill the space creating a really cozy atmosphere. Music is not too loud, perfect for meeting up with a friend and catching up. Staff is very kind and will help you choose if you are not familiar with the traditional offerings. I'll be back for sure!
